I found the salesperson (Robin) and the various installers to be very friendly and helpful in determining the appropriate window treatment configurations and materials. They worked to provide cost options and configurations that worked best and kept cost reasonable. I love the automated and manual shades. The room-darkening shades in the bedroom are especially wonderful.
