You guys did a fantastic job today! We just had our whole home Hunter Douglas shade installation completed by Austin Window Fashions. The products offered the privacy and window darkening features we were looking for. The team was organized, professional and wasted no time getting all four floors and two balconies completed in less than one day. Everything is programmed and ready to go .You guys did a great job explaining the features of the system. We are grateful and would recommend your company without reservation. Tara and Jason were amazing! Tara came out and patiently explained our options and walked us through our choices. She then checked in after our order was placed and installed. And Jason was knowledgeable and so efficient, explaining the features of our new motorized shades. We had a wonderful experience with the entire group at Austin Window Fashions. We are very happy with the product and felt the AWF had a great selection and solution for our non-standard window frames. Lori our representative was out measuring our home within a week of initial contact. Our order was placed easily, and our window treatments were installed within the originally quoted time frame. Upon install Manny the installer was easy to work with, he was accurate with the install, quiet, and kept a clean workspace, and turned everything over in great shape with no mess. Manny also showed us how to use the window treatments, common errors in window treatments and made sure to hand over all paperwork. Overall invoicing was also easy to pay online. Tara was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with the overwhelming choices for a very large bathroom shade.  The fabric is absolutely perfect and the Roller PowerView has been a great choice.  There was a slight mixup regarding a charger which I discovered a year and a half after installation.  Tara and Nick handled it immediately! I am so impressed with the customer service!!!
