Kathy was wonderful through the whole process of getting our shades. She answered all of our questions in the showroom and helped us pick out a style of shade that we would really like. She then brought the samples to our home so we could see the colors in our actual house and how things would look. The guys who came to install our shades were also great. They did the job quickly and efficiently. The shades look better than I originally imagined and we are so pleased. The honeycomb shades also make a huge difference in keeping the temperature of the rooms in our house cooler. The shades are expensive but I am a firm believer of you get what you pay for and so far the shades and Kathy and everyone at Austin Window Fashions have exceeded our expectations.
