I called AWF to inquire about window covering for our newly constructed home. They sent out a Design Consultant to the house…We settled on shutters and I had no idea how many options there were. She listened to our needs provided valuable insight into the option that would fit our needs…had the shutters installed within an hour. They are beautiful, functional and they matched our trim color perfectly. Top notch product, great service and very professional. We couldn’t be happier.

We’ve used AWF in every home and our wooden shutters from our last home looked brand new when we moved out 9 years later, surviving young kids and animals, so we immediately installed new shutters throughout our new home, as well. Kathy was our rep again and so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

We recently had made to order blinds installed for our large living room window. Our sales representative, Mary, listened to our concerns and provided several samples to help us select the best blinds for us…Cody and Manny did an excellent job installing to make sure everything was level and secured– they even had a laser level to confirm! They cleaned up afterwards and we love our blinds! We wish we’d done this years ago! Highly recommend Mary and Austin Window Fashions!

This is the only place I’ll go to for my window coverings! So far I’ve used them in two houses. Jason and Kathy were great! They made this even more of a happy experience!

Your products are solid and sleek; well constructed and fashionable. Your installation technician was friendly and in and out in no time. The shutters fit perfectly as if they had been made and installed when the house was built.

Great experience, beginning with Tara coming to talk product and take measurements to Dominick doing the install- fantastic people to work with. We had window blinds and a new sliding patio door shade installed – they are premium products with top-notch look, feel and operation. We are big fans and will do more business with AWF in the future!

I love my shutters, a lifetime dream to have a home with shutters. Laurie Clifton helped through whole process, new to me, and listened to what I wanted for my windows and myself—to have them open partway in my kitchen area so I could see plants and nature with my coffee. Have high arched windows that were always covered with curtains. Now I can enjoy the beautiful arches. Chris and assistant did great, detailed, careful job of installation. Chris also walked me through how to open & close, etc. They’re beautiful.

Start to finish I was very happy with the service and quality of Austin Window Fashions. The newly installed blinds look great. The time between my estimate and the installation wasn’t long. Highly recommend them.

I would highly recommend giving Austin Window Fashions a visit if you’re looking into getting custom window treatments. I probably went to about 10 different businesses for blinds and drapery and found that Austin Window Fashions had the best quality of products, competitive pricing, and professional customer service. From the receptionists, to the designer I worked with (Mary), to the installers, everyone was so incredibly professional and friendly. When I expressed that I initially didn’t see any fabrics I liked for my drapes, they were able to get additional fabric samples and even offered to order more if needed. I’ll definitely always go back for any future projects.

We had a small order but your salesperson treated us as though we had a ten thousand dollar order. The product we ordered looks better than we expected… You have a first class staff and product. I will recommend you to my friends.
